actually harvard will meet your full demonstrated financial need. a family earning $60,000 or less won't have to pay anything, and a family earning $180,000 or less pays less than 1/5 of the cost. you don't have to be rich to go to harvard.
Hm. That may be true. But try being middle class living in California and you will find that the cost adjustments assume Californians are extremely wealthy because they don't adequately take into account the higher standard of living (cost of food/gas/etc).
It may have worked out for you, but I was not able to afford Harvard's pricetag.
