3 kale leaves

1/2 cucumber

2 stalks celery

1 green apple

1/4 lemon

ginger root - (1/2 thumb size)


(cut up apple, celery, cucumber to fit in blender ALSO .... tear kale into small pieces)

Protein: 6 g

Fiber: 1/2 g

Cool job. But if you juice once per day and this process takes you 5 minutes x 365 days in a year that means you're wasting 1825 minutes or roughly 30 hours a year. Not only is taking over one full day out of the year to squeeze the juice through a paint bag kind of a waste of time, but assuming your time is worth at least $2 an hour, you could take those 30 hours (x $2) and spend the $60 bucks on a Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juicer on Amazon. Good in an emergency if your juicer breaks though.
