  • ITS the same voice from the "DEAD MOVIE" - the animated part. Ken Kesey - of course as he make references to "jungle bunnies" and other insensitive racial remarks ( as in "One Flew Over The Cukoos Nest") ... a sign of the times.

  • @jonmoontrip

JUNGLE BENNIES, THEIRE LIKE SPEED, itsa a drug not a racial slurr, racial joke maybe,, the one flew over the cookoos nest is way out of datre,, out hospitol here in north bay is beyond fucked,,,, check out my page for it

go to facebook and look up the page, north bay psyche - a septic system

  • Sounds like Jerry Garcia talking in the Interview part in the beginning and not sure who is making the music but is sounds to me like Arlo Guthrie talking throughout the rest.. Cool stuff!! Wish I could find a complete copy of these tests.. Thanks for posting!!

  • its actually ken kesey (i read that somewhere) that was the voice, and all the noises and acho effects were done by the grateful dead. ken kesey was the leader of the merry pranksters and was the first person to widely destribute acid across america, usually for free

  • @jonmoontrip yeah...and a modern sign of the times is how it is OK for blacks to use all the racial slurs against whites that they want to.

  • LORD. Please help me pass the acid test. Amen

  • I can't imagine being there! What a gift would be the opportunity to forget something so magical! I was just a little late...born 4-1-75 ;-( boooo

  • @HAZARDPROFLS

I don't know about that. Raves for some people may be about experimenting with something mind expanding and incorporating audio/visual stimulii but its not like the acid tests because A, the drugs are SOLD for profit, not given freely. B, many many folks are there to get "fucked up" not "expand there mind". I'm not saying your necessarily wrong, possibly misguided. I think the big thing is the acid tests really have no equivalent, its truly unique and original.

  • I had this on vinyl

  • Uuuuuh, what?

  • Man you can only listen to incoherent nonsense for so long. I like the picture of the dog a lot.

  • Raves are today's equivalent of the acid tests.

  • Acid had not been made illegal yet.

  • @TraeBuckner ARLO, YEAH THATS WHAT i HEARD
