Unfortunately F1 cars are not that *sick* anymore. I think that McLaren had 850 hp - 900 hp (3.0-litre V10) and a mass of ~600 kg. Today they are running 2.4-litre V8's and thus less power. Overall lap times are still almost equal (or even a bit faster?) due to better aerodynamics and tires.

I don't think so :) Bugatti Veyron was actually quite "slow" on Nûrburgring. It's just too heavy to corner fast. Veyron's record time is 7:40 while e.g. Ferrari Enzo has 7:25. These can be found on Wikipedia.

I'd like to see an F1 vs Ferrari Enzo vs Bugatti Veyron vs MotoGP. Of course the F1 would win hands down, but still it would be fun to watch.
