Happy Thanksgiving(American that is LOL). I'm so glad Tysabri continues to work for you! As you know, I've had a couple of mild relapses since my start in Aug/09. Not worried about PML though, since I tested negative for the antibodies this year, Continued good luck to you.

@Judipom Hi Judi(?), thanks for commenting. I wish I could tell you exactly when and what you will see, but even the doctors don't know that because it is different for everyone, just like MS is different for everyone. I can tell you I saw improvements one day after my third infusion. I hope it is quick for you too! Vern Beachy

Hi Vern yes I'm on the extended Define study of BG 12 in OZ, have been doing well for nearly 3 years. Think I rec'd the drug at the very start.About BG-12
"BG-12 (dimethyl fumarate) BG-12 is the only compound in clinical trials for the treatment of MS known to activate the Nrf-2 pathway. Research suggests that BG-12 has the potential to reduce the activity and impact of inflammatory cells on the Central Nervous System (CNS) and induce direct cytoprotective responses in CNS cells" xoxo
