In the show one of the major scifi features was that all the planes have the technology to warp through time at high speeds.
The ring raiders stop skull squadron from destroying the past. And note that many of their planes and pilots are recruited as the best pilots literally in aviation history.

Ring Raiders and Skull Squadron should have their second words swapped. Good guys should not be called raiders.

This needs to come back. Only with REAL fighter pilots! Ricthoffen, Immelmann, Nungesser, Bader, Johnnie Johnson, Galland, Dick Bong, Gibson, Robin Olds and all the other greats flying for the good guys. It would be freaking awesome!

Okay...this has gone far enough, WTF internet people- what exactly is gay about the title Ring Raiders!? I mean, unless 'ring' is a new slang term for 'anus', there's nothing homosexual there..
this is almost as bad as popping up on a show starring anthromorphic characters and posting "OMGZ, FURRYS(or FURFAGZ )ARE GAY!111!!" with complete disregard for the Shift key.
Grow up people.You're tarnishing other viewers' fond memories.
