Wow you best do your homework. skilled worker class? Only 17% of immigrants admitted each year are fully assessed on the basis of their employment and language skills. It's estimated that recent immigrants receive billions of dollars a year more in benefits than they pay in taxes. Most of the quarter of million people who immigrate to Canada every year are not interviewed by a visa officer to determine if they are well-suited to integrate into Canadian society and its economy, ETC....

Unchecked immigration? What is wrong with you kooks. The majority of immigrants to Canada arrive in the skilled worker class. These are not dumb or illiterate people! Yes, they may have an accent when speaking English, and may not be familiar with Canadian customs, but there is nothing to be afraid of. What traffic and crippling problems are endemic in Mississauga? People like are him just afraid of change and what things to stay as they were 40 years ago.

Finally, hope has been restored to Mississauga with the chance of Paul Fromm becoming mayor! He is right about the massive immigration that is destroying the very structure of Canada. Look at what has happened in the U.S. to California and Arizona, along with various other states near the border, due to unchecked immigration, and ask yourself if you want the same in Mississauga.
