I do not know where I will max out at. I am gradually climbing in weight. Today I benched 260 lbs and am really proud of the weight. It was heavy. I use Whey Protein Isolates by Gold Standard as a good source of protein in my diet. The lift was completed on July 4,2010.

  • @MrGangstar3600 Thanks man. Your right 260 pounds is not easy. I am in it for strength training not for max lifts. Weights are a good way to feel good and reduce anxiety
