Fucking nerds sitting behind their computer watching people perform moves they've only seen in videogames before. FFS knowing the button combo to perform this move in a video game doesnt make u an expert in real life wiseass.

    Show us how you execute this kick before u even think bad about real martial artists.

    And that counts for all u whiners.

  • To the people who say that Tae kwon do isn't useful in real life situations: Most body gaurds in korea are tae kwon do black belts. Watch "the human weapon" episode on it. It might change your mind a little.

    But i am a 17 year old guy from sweden

    And i love sports like this, but there is one problem with me that i really hate

    I have knock knees and when i make a sort of a mma kick... It looks so ugly and i hate it

    I want my legs to be straight but there is nothing i can do about it

    Please help me. Give me some tip on how i can fix my legs with just training and stretching

    Or maybe just how i can make my knees stronger
