If someone has the money, they should get charged for recording the voice and then take it to court. Then court of appeal if convicted. Then Supreme Court if necessary. Cameras do not have an audio record mute. All this does is protect the cop from committing perjury which many do all the time. The law would never servive Constitutional challenge. JMO United Police States of America.

If it is not against the law to open carry in a court of law, what are the public servants - sorry, overlords - doing telling the guy not to open carry ?

When the Government feels free to audio and video record your every move in life, yet get laws passed to keep what they do secret; be afraid, be very afraid. Because they have an agenda that they do not want becoming public.
Remember, they are supposed to be PUBLIC SERVANTS, NOT PUBLIC MASTERS. It is the American Citizen who has the Authority in this Country, not the Government, we only lended a small portion of our Authority to the Government

Does New Hampshire know it's the "Free State"? Doesn't seem it, the way the fascist authorities have so many rules and laws based on how one dresses, how one voices their opinions, how one protects one's self... it seems to be another police state.

Was it a hat or a bag of mind altering drugs?

the hat guy isnt able to talk
-
were they about to sing the national anthem or something? lol

He was arrested for wearing a hat? Near a court house? That type of behavior must be stopped immediately! If not soon people will be wearing hats everywhere.
Just a note, I always find I can challenge authority much better when I am wearing a suit and tie. They have their uniforms, I have mine. Your cloths change peoples perception of you and your cause. Its a lot harder to dismiss a guy in a suit and tie than a scruffy looking character.

If the courts continue to opress the people, that will lead to hate, then to chaos, then to public hangings. So why not give the people what is lawfully theirs.
Land of the free - who still believes that?
