It's weird how nowadays everyone cheer for the Soviet victory... when in reality it was the USSR that made possible WW2 in the first place, thanks to Stalin's pact of non-belligerancy with Germany. Soviet Russia was also on the wrong side, don't forget that! Hitler knew he had an ally on the east, so he just rolled on with his panzers in Poland in 1939, giving part of that country to the Soviets, going then to western europe in 1940 and effectively starting a world war.

No one wants to admit to being with the losing team - so when Hitler [loser] lost the war - everyone allied with him jumped on the winning bandwagon.

Infanterie-Königim Aller Waffen
Look Germans. Both our nations made kind of dreadful mistake in XX century. We both of of our nations could have lived for now much more better if our ancestors wouldn't be decieved with those fake ideas.
Ours wit communism, yours - with fascism.
Now we can change nothing with the past. The only thing we can to do is to admit a stupidity of our ancestors and an obvious failure of that theories that lured them.
Shit happened. Should we step in it again? Think no.
Best wishes from Russia!

@1981gooner One guestion. Who said in London 1938 : I brought peace to you .? It was blody Stalin or english minister who made agreement with Hitler? Did you forgot Chechoslovakia and what Europen countries said about it? Poland was happy to take part of this country with Hitler.
What had Stalin to do when even all european countries made agreements with Hitler side?
