@dustee Mr Dustee I am a retired singer from the Motown era. I know the original Temptations and was always around them and at rhe recordings would that be a fair statement. Eddie was fabulous we were good friends it was a lost when he left this earth. However I must agree the lead on this song sound a little like eddie. You have a great Ear for good music . Take care and God Bless. I am working on a cd a tribute to Michael Jackson I'm the writer and arranger for the music
The days of being in our club house in my grandmother's huge Victorian house listening to music with the girls slow dancing (rolling on the girls as we dance) kissing, drinking sodas, aww the good ole days. Reflecting on positive times of past when kids were kids, no deadbolt locks on doors, hide-and-go-seek, football played in the streets, people in the community were "together" as united people, the playground had after school games and activities, people didn't have to worry about their kids
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I couldn't remember who these guys were that sung this song. The tenor sounded like Eddie Kendricks of the temptation and that's who I've been looking for this song under.
