Steve would you recommend the alkalizing green drink supplement New Greens. contains 68 super foods that you mix in 8 oz of water, to people that cant always get fresh fruits or veggies? arent u still getting the nutrition from the dehydrated juice powder of the fruits and veggies in the mix and still getting alkalized or what?

Acid vs alcaline: Excelent.
Juice must be taken with pulp, you need the soluble fibers to prevent glucemic peaks. Soluble fibers are great for having a healthy intestine. Instead a Juicer, use a blender.

This is a very good advice. In particular I was interested when you mentioned about clean intestine. Do you have any pratical reference on how to detoxify or clean the intestine to which I can refer? Thanks a lot.

Steve dd not say "lean meats are better than fatty meats". He said, if you eat meats, eat lean meats. For every opinion, there is a counter opinion. It is relative to the entire eating approach. More important than either lean or fatty is--if you will eat meats, eat high-quality/clean meats.
