HE was a good signer, but that's about it. He was not an Ustad. Let's not make fun of ourselves people. i am positive he wouldn't want that either for he was a wise man. May God Bless your Sir!

Mr. Zaland was one of the handfull Afghan artists who pioneered the beginning of new music in Afghanistan. Before these great fellows, it was mostly the "Kharabat" music that was keeping the soul of Afghans happy. Mr. Zaland played a great role in the promotion of music and he was a true hero in his field. May God bless his soul but his music will stay with his fan and future generation for many years to come. Rest in peace.
