One of the biggest protest march after the nuclear power plant trouble at Fukushima Daiichi was held in Shibuya, one of the busiest culture district of Tokyo on May 7 2011. 15,000 joined in the demonstration to speak out their scare under the radiation threat. The public views this march very unusual for Japanese who are inactive in expressing their civil concern.
