9/11 Truth and Hurricane Katrina

Two of the left's greatest propaganda pieces are dismantled in this 12 minute diatribe (sped up to just ten). The real truth about 9/11 is the opposite of what the "truth" movement is proposing and the city of New Orleans isn't rebuilt yet because everyone wants the government to do it instead of doing it themselves like every prior disaster.

Before you yell at me for supposedly not knowing what I'm talking about, here is the facts about the biggest, strongest, most destructive hurricanes that hit America.

*The Great Hurricane of 1780 has the highest number of fatalities, over 22,000

*Hurricane Flyod (1999) was probably the largest with a diameter of 580 miles

*Hurricane Wilma (2005) was the most intense storm to make landfall with a pressure of 882 millibar

*Hurricanes Camille (1969) and Allen (1980) had the fastest sustained wind speeds at 190 mph

*The Great Miami Hurricane of 1926 would have an estimated cost in property damage today of anywhere from $87 - $150 billion. Property is much more expensive today than it was in the past and this must be taken into account when estimating how costly hurricanes were. While Katrina has an absolute dollar cost of $81 billion, if the 1926 hurricane were transported to the modern world its damage would be greater.

First I want to say that you are right about peak oil (many would call your opinions a conspiracy theory). I do agree that the so called 911 truth movement has become a religion but you have to admit that using Rosie O'Donnells statements is straw man argument. I dont know anyone who takes her seriously. Arabs with boxcutters is just as rediculous of a theory as any out there.

I don't see the Rosie O'Donnell point as a straw man. It is merely a simplification for the purpose of informing any viewers who may not know what 911 truth is all about. And yes, I was there at ground zero and some tin foil hat was handing out fliers that said the same thing Rosie said about fire not melting steel, so that point of argument is not hers alone but is endemic to the movement.

And If I'm not mistaken I believe even Bill Maher, who completely disgusts me, says that people who won't face the truth about the arabs blowing up the buildings with planes are nut jobs. Arabs with boxcutters is not a rediculous theory, it is the truth, like it or not.

Hurricane Katrina wasn't anything! Read your history books! People have forgotten about Hurricane Camille in 1969. Look up the story of Mary Ann Gerlach...very interesting! Let's see..also me and my family didn't have a pitty party over Hurricane Andrew back in 1992. Scary and powerful storm! We rebuilt and did for ourselves. I wish people would learn from history. It isn't just polotics...it's our own stupidity!

another thing that might mention about katrina is that the state of louisana did not declare a state of emergency, until after the storm had passed. i love how the left loves to leave out important details

But you obvious consider "a show on the History Channel" to equate to "hard evidence and scientific fact".

nice dude. there's actually a show on the history channel that disproves the conspiracies of the Kennedy assassination and 9/11, but of course no conspiracy nut jobs will believe their HARD EVIDENCE AND SCIENTIFIC FACT. As for Katrina, the people were told in advance, most said "we're too poor to just leave". well there's a picture of hundreds of school buses submerged, totally destroyed. Why couldn't Nagan have used those? People should really stop blaming Bush for every little thing.
