I'm not a Republican or Romney supporter, but let's at least be honest enough to hear the statement IN context.

“I want individuals to have their own insurance. That means the insurance company will have an incentive to keep you healthy. It also means if you don’t like what they do, you can fire them. I like being able to fire people who provide services to me.

If someone doesn’t give me the good service that I need, I want to say I’m going to go get someone else to provide that service to me.”

Romney was a vulture-capitalist, I've dealt with his kind. They enjoy looking for struggling companies, buy them on the cheap, lay off as many as they can and either flip the company off to another firm, or fire everybody & liquidate the assets. The guy is a creep, vote for Huntsman.

I want to fire Romney! I can't find a doctor to take Neighborhood Health/MassHealth Insurance!! If Romney was President, HE would have socialized medicine!!! Yep, every Senator, Congress Rep and GI has SOCIALIZED MEDICINE. Why cant I have socialized medicine? If we ALL had it, we would save billions as a society and have a healthier country!!!

The fact is, Romney was WRONG about being able to fire health insurance companies. That's not how it works. You don't find out your insurance is poor until you get sick, and at that point, insurance companies WANT you to fire them. Heck, before "ObamaCare," they'd fire YOU if you got sick with something expensive, like cancer.

I didn't like taking one phrase out of context, and it wasn't even necessary. His full comment was bogus enough. True, Romney has done far worse than that, but still...

who says they fire insurance companies? If I change my insurance or a service provider I don't say I fired them. There is something about his comments that makes him sound insenstive and power hungry.
