"The Seoul square Skate rink"(서울광장 스케이트장) is at "the Seoul City Hall station"(서울시청 역) in KOREA. ^_^*

They open everyday, day and night, every winter.
You can just pay "1,000 won (1$)" every hour (including rental fee).
It's so cheap!!! :D
