I think the Teutonic-electro sound might have arisen because Arthur had done four albums w Klaus Schulze in the 70s.

I played drums on this track for Arthur on Requiem. Funny story... he recorded the album at Earl Mankey's Thousand Oaks, California, home studio. The drum machine tracks were already in place, and they wanted to try some live drums. We set up my girlfriend's cherry red Gretsch kit in the kitchen, and I laid down the chorus tom fills. It was strange to look outside and watch kids playing football while the tape was rolling...

He is believed to be the first to use a drum machine.. The album Journey came out in 1973 and he used a drum machine on that.. i could be wrong on the dates.. I dig it .. @TheEndKing

i bought the album from an Arthur Brown Fan site in the UK.. awesome album.. Journey is better if you are into his electronic sounding albums.. also Speak no tech is good
