KOTOR 2 Cut Content: Sion Versus Nihilus

Some background on this scene, provided by Valec of TSLRP forums: In the cut-content of kotor 2 there is a segment in which all the party members believe you to be dead, this is part of the genoharraden sidequest and I'll lay it out briefly for you all on how it was supposed to go

1. Before you hit Nar Shadaa there was supposed to be a cutscene of a sith assasin informing Sion that you are currently on the smugglers moon

Sion pledges to go there and kill you, and in so doing kill the last of the jedi

2. On your travels on Nar Shadaa you come across the Genoharraden headquarters, and you fight with their leader (it's much more complicated then stumbling across it but im simplifying) when you defeat Desicuss inside the Genoharadden base the entire base blows up.........this leaves your party member, and Sion who supposedly sees this thinking you are dead

3. Sion then travels to the Ravager to tell Nihilus that you have been killed on Nar Shadaa and that their alliance together is finished, Nihilus then proceeds to kick his ass

orrignally what was supposed to happen was Nihilus was supposed to kill Sion outright, and this was tied to the Atris as Kreia ending that will not be restored, so instead the scene has been modified so Sion limps away beaten

Here's what I'm thinking Nihilus was saying:

1st: "You would be wise not to underestimate my power, Sion...."

2nd: "Is that so? Heh, I knew Traya wouldn't lie down so easily, the Dark Side is strong in her after all..."

3rd: "You poor pathetic fool, you need me more than you think...you have always needed me, Sion, no matter how much you deny it..."

Final: "Unless you want another taste of my dark powers, Sion, I suggest you do as I say, and walk away...."

Seriously though, the game and the characters are awesome. It's sad that Obsidian were rushed, but fortunatelly we got a restouration mod.

Nihiulus' voice is ridiculously creepy. I think the whole "not-even-remotely-human" factor really adds to it.

@treeisabuheh Then buy the pc version off amazon and install the restored content mods. They restore a LOT. And i think there still will be more cut content released in the future.

This is my all-time favorite game. The incredibly deep, dark and morally grey storyline is so haunting. The Exile and Traya are such complex and interesting characters. The sad truth that this game was rushed and had so much content removed is a travesty.
