  • damn this car looks to sexy to be a kia

  • someone should buy an sx and slap a turbocharger on it. that would make a badass car.

  • can u get the rims on the SX on the EX model ?? does anyone know ?...if not thats kinda a deal killer

  • i am gonna get this car, i chose it over chevy cobalt and scion tc

  • VERY informative review - best I've seen yet. Most other reviews I have seen have gone into only very basic detail & mostly spoke about the exterior of the car whereas, this reviewer spoke into high detail regarding the features etc. I'm in Australia where this car is called a 'Cerato Koup' - I'll be getting mine in red next week! Woo hoo!

  • @ReaKtionary i test drove both EX and SX, i actually felt enough difference to want the SX. you can feel that extra 18 horses. You get nicer wheels, better suspension, and you gotta love the 6 speed manual

  • Good to be aware of it, coz here in Brazil we´ll only get the 2.0 engine no matter if it´s the EX or SX. Koup arrives here on may, and I intend to get mine.

  • this car has great audi inspired design cue's...now kia needs to work out the NVH and it will have a winner

  • For those interested in SX over EX due to power increase:

The weight-to-power ratio is very nearly identical (MF listed curb-weights and power). That's roughly 17.4:1 for the EX and 16.5:1 for the SX.

    What do those numbers mean?

Nothing to the average consumer, as they are so close that driver experience will make more of a difference than the power.

That said, I'd happily take the EX over the SX, five-speed of course.

I hope that's helpful to someone.
