Its totally justified if you take a life you should forfeit your own but only in extreme circumstances. To the person who posted this video, how would you deal with someone who raped and murdered a child?? would you want to protect his human rights? if you do your no better than him!

For the record - I was required to do this video for a presentation in Law class, and we had to explain why the death penalty is a violation of human rights.
Ahh, but if you choose to kill him you are no better than him eaither. I don't want to get into a you tube commenting debate. Agree to disagree!

you said it right there 'human rights' to be reserved for human beings, no offence but what people like you dont understand is these people are not human! Do you consider a man who has raped and murdered an innocent child with no motive someone who needs to have their human rights respected? what if he killed someone in prison who was only there for a burglary or a minor crime? when this could have been prevented, Your reasoning is very flawed.

p.s. In the future, if you want to have a debate with someone and you want them to respect your opinion, it's a good idea not to bash the other person. "What you people dont understand..." and "Your reasoning is very flawed". I loose a lot of respect for you and your opinion when you personally attack mine. I LOVE debates, but not when the opposite gets disrespectful and closed.

I believe the justice system needs to be more focused for rehabilitation instead of punishment. Yes, these people obviously have something wrong with them. That doesn't make them any less human.
Again, just agree to disagree. We are obviously both passionate about our beliefs, and arguing on a youtube video isn't going to change eaither of our views. I'm not going to reply to you next comment.
