Final training session of 2011, I wanted to max out on the Oly and PL lifts to create a 'Super' Total. BW - 139.4kg Snatch - 140, 145, 150 C&J - 160, 170, 180 Back Squat - 260, 280, 300x Bench - 160, 170, 180x Deadlift (Clean Pull) - 220, 260, 280x 'Super' Total = 1030kg
