  • Should I do Cardio and Weight Training on different days or the same day altogether? I'm sure it was on different days right?

  • @StylexSai Makes no difference.

  • I love to weight lift and i love to do all sorts of cardio. Should I lift weights before or after cardio. I am 6ft tall and weigh 225lbs with a 17% body fat percentage . I would like to lower my body fat percentage.

  • @Rednx4x4 Lift first and then do cardio.

  • When I lift weight my heart rate is around 100 bps would that be considered cardio since I'm hitting my target heart rate?

  • @timie2255 I answered your question on my 6-8-10 BlogTalkRadio show. Go to BlogTalkRadio and search Steve Turano. The show can also be downloaded from iTunes. The most recent shows can also be heard on my website home page (at the bottom) once it uploads. Tell a friend! ~Steve

  • @GroundPhobia Makes no difference to me. I have absolutely no problem running right after.

  • @StylexSai buttttt, if you do cardio on different days you have less time working out on your weightlifting days then if you were going to start running afterwards and you might feel worn out if you did cardio right after making you not get as good a run. Also, if you're anything like myself, you like working out and hate "offdays" so separating cardio from weightlifting days would let you enjoy yourself working out everyday. Except if you dont feel like it.

  • Holla! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • Hi! Have you thought about intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • When I was in my teens and 20's I could lose fat with just intense weight training. Cardio was more of a social thing. Get on a cardio machine to chat up a lady. Now in my late 30's I need both weights and cardio to lose fat. I eat at a calorie deficit, and maintain about 45/40/15 ratio protein/carb/fat. The calorie deficit I run, especially with the activity level I'm at, I should be phenomenal. But I am just average. On the bright side, if I didn't work this hard, I'd be obese.

  • PLEASE ANSWER THIS FOR ME! my main goal in the next month and a half is to rapidly increase the size and strength of my leg muscles because ive got big muscles up top and skinny chicken legs. i also want to decrease body fat. should i run on the treadmill? or will that slow the growth of my leg muscle?

  • @sjstrictlykings upper lower is a good routine if done right and with mnostly compound exercises, concentrate on ur strength training but maybe do 2 cardio sessions per week, id do interval training if i was u, fast and effective and not boring.
