When Dragon Door introduced kettlebells to the West in 2001, members of the Armed Forces were quick to recognize their value for rapid strength development, conditioning and general battle-readiness. The Armed Forces have also greatly respected the military-grade quality of Dragon Door's kettelbells which stand up to the most brutal punishment in the hardest of environments. Former Armed Forces members discuss the value of the kettlebell for military personnel. See also www.dragondoor.com

@negf03 107,152 civilian deaths as a result of the conflict in Iraq from 2003-2010 + 8,813 civilian deaths in Afghanistan . Does that make you proud?

@mgraysmith1 most guys loathe it. Men do however love strength training. If they can get their cardio from the weight training its win win

In the military myself and an avid kettlebell user, I can honestly tell you that the fittest infantrymen do not use kettlebells for shit. They are great for some things, and if you want to romanticize that they will make you a soldier then great, but they will not help you any more than any other circuit or hiit type training will, and certainly not as much as raw cardio.
