It is 1998 and Craig is turning 30. Aaron decides to throw him a party that will lead to unfortunate endings for both of them. Jenna finally gets a significant working proposal. Sam tries to fix things up with Will as they join forces to search for Amy. Carla encounters someone from the past.

Who killed Sam?

The daughter they gave up.Amy would shoot Sam by accident. Craig would find her dying body and call his father for help. When arriving to the scene, his father would realize Sam was still breathing and finish the job in order to help his son's political career.

I think Amy's mother faked the death, it's the most obvious solution. The local deputy yupee? He's probably in on it too. Cops lie, they're human too. I'd fake my own death, along with my daughter's, to get away from psychopathic Paul. Come on people, think!

It was a real shame not to have a proper ending for this series. When a Brazilian network broadcasted again the episodes, they revealed that it was Craig's father who murdered Sam.

I was so disappointed that they left us hanging without closure. Does anyone know where we can find video of the narrative that explains the true ending?
