@nenabunena Nunchaku-Japanese, Leung Tiu Kwan-Chinese were an Okinawan tool used to thresh rice or soybeans (separate the grain from the husk). It is used as a weapon iin response to the moratorium on edged weaponry under the Satsuma daimyo after invading Okinawa in the 17th century. It can be called a flail in English.
