Well, on this one I disagree. He was in his house, in fact he was on his porch when he was arrested. While he certainly should have acted differently the Law says he was not disorderly because he was in his own house. That's why the Cop wanted to get him outside and off the property. I don't think race had anything to do with it either but he was wrong to arrest him regardless. Race is the straw man,
