Just mix and microwave! Easy enough for kids to bake ;)

1 egg
A
* 130g (4.5oz. = approx. 1.3 cup) all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
50g (0.8oz. = approx. 1/4 cup) chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy, add egg and mix well.
2. Sift A in 1. and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well again.
3. Drop 4 cookies (at a time) by teaspoon onto waxed paper on microwavable plate or tray.

  • I made a lot of this today as a Valentine's gift to my friends and boyfriend, and they were totally amazed! Thank you so much! They're soooo delicious and I love it crazily myself. I also added chocolate powder and almonds to create variation and every single one came out awesome. You're wonderful, girl!

  • Just made these. Fantastic!

  • @Pinkpunch66

    I think she said you can use any material that is microwaveable... so just a normal ceramic plate might work?

  • @minnikeyangel

    Yay! 0: Then I already have all the ingredients for this! Awesome. I think I'm gonna make some as an experiment tonight. x3

  • @Slipsnob nono.. can hardly taste the difference haha

  • @Pinkpunch66 yes..dont think anything else will work. cuz it will stick if you put it on normal paper. and cant put it on foil cuz microwave will blow up xD

  • @t12zzl um those are just the standard microwaves in Japan and South Korea. basically what seems high tech to you is probably just the norm for japanese and koreans. youd be surprised to see their phones and other stuff, i was the stupid, shocked american that thought we had it best when i went to south korea lol.
