@Garaam12 I feel they've benefited in public opinion from the sellout "they used to be so good" factor. Most of their original hip-hop is decent but it's nowhere near as good as people like to say it is. It's like the comparison exaggerates how good they used to be. Same with David Guetta - people say he used to be so cool and underground but for early 2000s French House he was pretty average
