@holysnackpack Do you mean ローマ字 [ ROOMAji ]? I sometimes use it for foreigners who cannot read Japanese letters. But I don't say/write Aishiteru to them! haha! ＾０＾

if i where to go to japan or a japanese food place where they use chopsticks i'd probly stab the food with the chopsticks because i couldent pick it up with it or id use my hand....i'd most likely get stared at lol

I've been shown this many times, but my problem is this:

What prevents the bottom stick from moving around when pressure is placed on it?

I always get hand-cramps because I need to squeeze the bottom stick between my ring-finger and index finger, otherwise it slides around when I "pinch" on the item I am trying to lift.

Every demonstration I see says to simply let the lower stick rest on your ring-finger, but what holds it in place and prevents it from sliding down your ring-finger?
