ok! yes this is xubors gun! no i dont own the book and as a result, i did indeed reverse engineer this gun! regardless! im giving xubor credit because, like i said... it is his gun!

now!

Weapons positive feats.
-it is light weight!
-it has a fast rate of fire!
-it has a long firing range (not sure what its max range is though! i fired it down a 35ft hallway and it still made a loud *pop* when it hit the door!)
-it holds up to 8 rounds!
it is EXTREMELY powerful (so dont shoot anyone!!!)

Weapons negative feats.
-the rubberbands for the firing mechanism sometimes snaps...
