There was a card that came with my purchase of odst that had a code that allowed one to unlock sgt Johnson as a firefight character. Never used that code and for years it has sat at the bottom of my dvd rack as a shrine to missed opportunities. Threw it away yesterday. Should have dealt with it more harshly, though.
