Straight arm push down from the shoulder is keeping the upper body high and in conjunction with the knee driven pivot kick the back end low. Like you are swimming up hill. Keep the legs straighter and shift to a pivot at the elbow, this will make it easier to keep the palm facing the wall you are swimming away from. Fingertips to point to the bottom of the pool when pulling
