every other country has universal health care.......and their rich and powerful line up here when they need quality health care. Do your own homework. Moore is pathetic. People from his own home town despise him. He is a sensationalist out to make a buck.

Thompson is the only real candidate who says what he says and stands by it. Like it or not. Unlike the democrats who pander to every group and tell that particular group what they want to hear. At least you know where you stand with Thompson. A straight shooter. We need a real leader in this country. This is the guy.

How can people want socialized health care?? It penalizes people who have good jobs and/or who are successful and already have health ins. Its bullshit and taxes would go THRU THE ROOF (more than they already have) if we have socialized medicine. If people are too poor or dumb or whatever to have medical insurance than maybe they ought to get a damn job or work hard and get an education....handouts are for lazy fucks.

that's asuming that the market is perfect and people who are left behind are just lazy. quite a leap of faith there, my friend. quality health is not a privilege it's a right. and it can work. it works everywhere else.

But its not a right!!! Is a nice home a right?!?! Hell no its not! Is a good job or a good education a right? NO! The world ain't fair and thats the way it is. But the way it is now makes sure that if you are a dedicated, hard working person you can make it. To everyone else...sorry about ya.

everything you say is debatable. you keep suggesting we live in a darwinist society. if people are poor or unhealthy or uneducated it's their own fault. those are basic rights, but since everything is scarce it's uneven. that's what the economy is for. to make sure everything reaches out as much as it can.
