Team Fortress 2 Speed Cheater + Aimbot Pt.1

Today when i was playing on GamingDeluxe 2Fort server, there was a guy named
๖ۣۜῬ†ᾑṨḼ. (Actually he is using ASCII characters in his nick so when i try to write it, browser cannot understand so sorry :/) He was have 600 about points...
There is nothing to say just watch the video. But i hope Valve can do something about it. VAC cannot see these hackers. =/
