3S Segment Panel System - from National Liner, L.L.C.

Large diameter sewer pipe and culvert rehabilitiation process using translucent pvc panels, that when assembled within the damaged host pipe, form a new pipe. Panel segments are lightweight and can be handed down through a typical manhole opening; therefore no entry or access pits are required. Structural grout is used to fill the annular space between the old pipe and the new 3S pipe. -- The grouting process can be monitored, through the translucent 3S panels,to ensure proper amount and coverage. The new 3S pipe provides years of corrosion free protection
