The game is of 152 mb suitable for a uni project etc (Implemented on MS Visual Studio 2005)
a complete documentation is available

I have implemented Single Player (Artificial Intelligence - human Vs CPU) by using the most generic logic which can exist on this earth using simple "if/else" and "switch" statements as opposed to widely used algorithms such as Minimax Algorithm etc

I have used only ~84 conditions for AI(which is on par with AI of any tic tac toe using 9! - 100000 addressed conditions) despite 9! = 362880 - 100000 = 262880 possible conditions involved in a conventional Tic Tac Toe which need to b addressed(state space)

It is not unbeatable but can turned into an unbeatable one by slight modification(I will upload modified code soon)

It also has mutiplayer mode in which two human can play against each other (human Vs human) which implies a kinder garden level easy logic

tic tac toe is the most stupid project you can write, because if you write the code correctly there is NO way any player can win the computer. It will be draw or computer wins if player is a moron, The whole logic behind tic tac toe is not more than 10 or 20 line of select-case or if-then.
