On June 20th and 21st, 2011, The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) hosted Democracy that Delivers for Women, an international conference on women's empowerment around the world. Sandra Taylor, Senior Director of La Pietra Coalition, delivered the above address on small business growth, associations, entrepreneurship, and networking.
