I wouldn't call this spying, that's a bit of a miss-judgement, it is engaging with fans. Listening and talking to them... a much better approach than not caring about people voicing their complaints. Either way, if one submits public content on social media, it will be public. If one does not like to be "spied" upon, some social media allow for private content contributions.

so basically Gatorade is spying on people to stay current on consumers wants and needs & getting driven by consumers not the other way around....wow..times HAVE changed. ;)

Very cool - great to see Gatorade is actively monitoring and engaging with their brand's customers in a command center. I'd love to have a video like this for prospects and customers of our brand monitor product.
