Natane Havir's HRM work experience Winter Break 2010-2011

During Northern Arizona University's Winter Break mid December through the first week of January, Natane Havir was able to participate in a work experience at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai provided through her Hotel & Restaurant Management program.

During that time, called their Festive period, the resort had 100% occupancy. Workers were brought from different areas-locally, other Four Seasons properties, and in this most recent year, NAU as well, to ensure that their guests receive the best service available.
