  • You arms should only go to 90 degrees. Also, the dumbbell press exercise doesn't workout all three parts of the deltoid muscles.

For more info about the dumbbell press, check out: youtube.com/watch?v=jobSBeyWuLM

  • @icemuzic depends on you, try diff weights out, if yur looking to build muscle go heavy and make sure after bout 10 reps yur struggling a bit, then rest and repeat for bout 5-6 sets, if yur jst wanting to tone yurself and not wanting much mass just go for sumthing like 5-6 kilo's and increase the reps to about 20

  • @icemuzic 3-4 kg

  • i'm not sure if i can pull off his pants and give him head while he's working on that exercise but i'm pretty sure this can help him to develop muscles on his penis...

  • @icemuzic 10 or 20 pounds

  • whats the starting weight of one dumbbell for beginners?

  • looks like this guy lives in laura crofts mansion dude you have to hide your muscles with that baggy ass jumper and at 48:00 tou were strugglein man that sucks FAKE

  • WRONG !

Make sure you have youre elbows on 90 degrees when you come down.

    Not 130 degrees :)

If you dont get the exercise dont put it on youtube !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Maybe if you are using light weights, but if you are using heavy, 90 degrees is where most stress happens and any farther, you risk injuring the ligaments when you go heavy.

So 90 degrees is all you need for a workout..... BUT I agree full range is better with LIGHT weights, but if you go heavy, 90 degrees is best and less chance of injury.

  • Finally, someone showing full range of motion! I hate it when trainers demo this only to 90 degrees... so WRONG! Need to start at shoulder level as he did.
