I have been buying and using this product for over two years now. There are a lot of scams out there and I certainly tried a lot of them. But Dermasolve worked for me. Actually you can control the symptoms of psoriasis. But there is no cure. When you over produce cells the the plaque that is created by psoriasis is dead dry cells. Many people who are just starting to get psoriasis experience it first as dry pages on their skin. There is no product that will work for everyone - not even prescription drugs. But Dermasolve has helped thousands of people. its horrible when one person shouts this doesn't work just because it didn't for them.
