Last night, Sunday, June 20, 2010, was the season finale of Treme. If you would have told me 10 years ago I would see Lloyd Price, Art Neville, Irma Thomas, Dave Bartholomew, Allen Toussaint and Clarence Frogman Henry in a TV drama in the year 2010, I would have thought you were out of your mind. But there it was. For various reasons, so sweet and yet so bitter.

@rmbjm314 You know, I somewhat agree with you but in the "business" it seems she's well respected by her peers worldwide and has a large following in Europe. The thing about her is if you would sit down and have lunch with her, you would never guess she is a celebrity. It has never gone to her head but when she makes an annual appearance here at Jazz Fest, get to "dat" stage early!
