@fasterthanbullet first of all you ignorant dumb shit, TaeKwon-Do is known for it's powerful kicks, second, MMA stands for MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, which means any good MMA fighter has learned at least a few kicks. Also there are a ton of videos here on youtube of all martial arts winning and loosing against another. I'd love to see you break the boards they were breaking. Also any good martial artist knows that a style can't be compared so I doubt your knowledge of martial arts is very extensive.

This group were three 1st poom (little girl in front and my two sons in the middle and the very right) and the guy in your very left was 2nd dan. Now all of them are 3rd dan and certified by KUKKIWON
