Five Four's The Graduating Class is a book that chronicles the journey of twelve college football players entering the NFL Draft. It captures the essence of their personal journeys through fashion, art, and photography, while they are in the pursuit of achieving their lifelong dream of joining the ranks of the NFL. Five Four captures the inherently personal aspect of pursuing one's dream of playing in the NFL and opens our eyes to the fact that these individuals are so much more than football players. It helps us realize that although NFL football players are often portrayed as strong and powerful, they too face the same uncertainties and anxiety that we all do as we prepare to transition into the next phase of life.
The Graduating Class roster is comprised of the following players: Von Miller, Jake Locker, Jordan Todman, Stephen Paea, Austin Pettis, Shane Vereen, Ryan Kerrigan, Kyle Rudolph, Nate Solder, Kai Forbath, Casey Matthews, and Scotty Mcknight.
Five Four is a modern, contemporary lifestyle apparel brand based in Los Angeles. It produces menswear and accessories, and launching a womens collection and footwear range in 2011.
The author of the book is Andres Izquieta, he is the co-founder and creative director of Five Four. Along with business partner, Dee Murthy, they both founded Five Four in 2002 as a college business plan at USC.
