@woodscritter Balance is important. Most environmentalists are unbalanced in their approach to the environment. They forget that people are a part of this world. Forget that if we cannot be good to each other then how are we to be good to the environment? The result of this unbalance is people suffer & die.
Besides this if you watch the video again you will see most of the trees are farmed trees saving natural old growth forests.

@songyfromthemountain If you look closely you will see a lot of trees growing in strait rows They were planted that way.
None of these trees being cut down are even a thousand years old. Trees this old would be to large to be cut down by these machines.
Trees are replanted. It is call job security.

@beerdeddi1 Don't be afraid just be cautious. When you see these machines in person always keep back at least 500 ft./200 meters.
