My neighbor is an idiot

My neighbor has no respect for the people who live around him. This is what happened when I asked him to turn down the volume on his loud stereo.

Its illegal tape into private property. Don't do that, he could have been a real jerk and called the police and filed a order of restraint

I doubt the idiot would know to file anything. I had complained several times about this guy to the apartment manager who said she talked to him but he continued to play his music loud enough to vibrate the walls of the building. I don't think there is a court anywhere that would listen to his complaint when he willingly leaves his front door open for all to see in. The same applies to windows. It's simple: if you want privacy, close your doors and blinds.

Omfg! that's respect less i have a neightbor who let his dog's walk alone over all and its some big ones! they just cant shut up 2 a.m in the morning they are coming out...:(
