This was made years before Runescape, in the year 1994.
Probably being worked on in the year 1991 when Blizzard started off.
This was made much earlier than Runescape, and if you actually look at the cinematic graphics, they beat the shit out of Runescapes.
Relate things of this time, okay? Not things from 15 years apart.

"every good game has a bad start."? End yourself now. Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, coupled with Dune II created and popularized the RTS genre. Without them you wouldn't have anything after. And it especially never would've led up to you kids's special "World of Warcraft".
