im really glad you put this video up, it gives me a lot of strengh with what im going through at work right now, i finally stood up for myself as well after bottling things up for so long at work, and of course im paying for it now, but it's worth it, i stood up for myself and spoke my mind even though no one was on my side, and i will always have that when im done with this place, i stood up for myself, and thats as much as i could do.

Exactly. If you can feel good about yourself when it's all said and done, then you did the right thing. Over two years later, I still feel like I made the right choice. I am still working for the same company, too, believe it or not!

I totally agree with DudeGoofyGuy ... You're showing a lot of courage to talk about what happened to you! Too many people, female as well as male, never ever talk about this subject, even if they're a victim themselves... I'm actually preparing a presentation at school about this issue... because it has to be dealt with!

No one did anything about it right away because men are looked at more highly then women in the work place or pretty much anywhere. It has been going on since the dark ages. Im not saying its right but anything women have done man has done first or better.

it happens, guys are horny, perverted ect, and girls can be as well its human behavior, and as for that comment on not dressing sexy , showing cleavage ect men have constantly done this through history, stop your wining!
